Troubleshooting: (Always check wheels before removing shrink wrap.) 

Are they:

The correct size, style, polished or color anodized, correct tires, correct hand rims?  All of these should be checked upon opening the box.

Creaking and Sqeaking-the Axles should be checked for "play" between inside of Glance Wheel and "Axle Receiver"

Clacking or Tapping-Wheelchair, camber, or axle receiver should be checked for proper alignment.

GLANCE WHEELS RECOMMENDS THAT SOLID TIRES BE INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY OR BY A  QUALIFIED DME DEALER!
